Package renewal issue

I had topped my credit up ready for the renewal, but it didn't renew and my credit is gone. There are signal issues in the area (this has been happening over the last few weeks) and the service connection is unstable.

I need help

I paid 15£ topp onAnd I had no dataSo I bought add on of 25£ in addition to the credit of 15 to get the 40£ unlimited data. Now I don't have anything. I paid in total 40£ and I can't use data on my phone.Need help  it is very frustrating
