problem with subscription pack

I toped up 30£ and tried to purchase the 15£ plan with my 30£ credit and it says that the purchase is made successfuly but no money is taken from my credit and noting from the plan is added (no internet, no sms, no calls) what can i do to fix this ?

I just got a new sim stating its £15 for 50gb and unlimited texts, calls. But on ee app it says the subscription pack has only 25gb. So which is which?
