Replace lost SIM card: credits are gone

I lost my SIM card and requested a replacement. After I receipt the replacement SIM card, I found the credit in my old SIM card is no longer there.  How can I get it back please?thanks

Cant send messages from Abroad but I have topped up

I am in sweden and Ive topped up twice now! I still cant send a message. For example trying to send to 150 "HELP" but it saying its not delivering.  What is the issue? I need to send some messages to keep my number!  thanksAnn
