2 payments coming out per month.

I'm on a £15 per month contract, I was aware that they put the prices up a while ago by about 15%. However I have looked into my bank account and I have been getting charged the £15 per month and another payment of about £22.32 and then that went up to £24.07. I can see know reason why payments have been coming out twice. Does anyone have any ideas?

Is the £15 one not actually a contract, but PAYG? Else why have posted in the PAYG forum?

You've posted in the PAYG forum, but your description fits that of a FlexPay pay-monthly plan where you pay for your device/phone, and airtime, separately.
