I would like to request the removal of the card details currently saved on my account. I recently received a message stating that my package will be automatically renewed each month using the saved card. However, I would prefer not to have any payments taken without my explicit approval.
Could you please delete my saved payment details? Alternatively, if it’s something I can do myself, could you kindly let me know the steps to remove them through the app or website?
