Issues with credit

 Anybody else having issues with credit? I can’t call 150, telling me insufficient credit, I have 12.6 GB of data but won’t connect to internet on 4G, it’s doing my head it!

I have 20.00 credit and want to use it for a pack costing 20.00 but it will not take the 20 out of my credit and is asking for me to top up from my bank card.

Resolved! Pack won’t renew

I keep getting a message saying I need to top up for my pack to renew however I topped up already and there’s enough credit. I need my pack renewed asap
