Cannot Subscribe for 20Pack

Hello, I have £20 credits in my account but cannot subscribe for the 20 Prepaid pack. This issue only happened two days ago when trying to renew. This is the first time having this issue and have been using the same method for over a year.

What do you get back when you text AL to 150? Does it show the credit is there?

If it does can text PACK20 to 150 to add the pack?
