I phoned an advisor earlier today to get £30 refund as I’m changing from pay as you go to a contract, all went through okay and should get the money within 72 hrs, advisor very helpful throughout the call.
but I logged into my account and the £30 is still showing on there, dose this mean the refund is not happening?
im worries now as it automatically renews on there 25th and I don’t want to lose the money

@Chelseaboyo : Your £30 PAYG balance will be credited to your contract a/c but you've yet to create it.
You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.

No didn’t help because I don’t think you read the above properly.
I phoned and the advisor said that it’s all gone through and I’ll get the money within 72hr!
but when I logged into my to the account the £30 was still showing, so dose this mean it’s not been submitted properly or dose it show on account till the refund goes through?
that clearer for you to understand??

@Chelseaboyo PAYG credit is nonrefundable. It’ll be placed on your contract account and use towards future bills. Has your contract started ? if it has then you need to call customer support and request that they change your account from PAYG to a contract account as you’re still probably logging into your PAYG account

I read what you said he said with a pinch of salt. It clearly hasn't "all gone thro'" as the £30 is still present on your PAYG a/c.
If you want to be sure it doesn't auto renew then text STOP PACK to 150 before the 25th.
