How to search my Bill details?

I would like to know why I topped up £15 before and my balance is only £13.50 behind me, how can I check my spending history? Why was I deducted £1.50?

unlimited data add-on PAYG

Try "add data" on sms, its says £40 for unlimited, reply UNL DATA. When I send "UNL DATA" I get "sorry this add-on isn't available, send "add data" to see adding available".And round we go again, so it tells me I can have a £40 unlimited data add-on....

Resolved! Deactivated pay as you go sim

Pay as you go sim was deactivated. I was advised to make a top up to reactivate the sim. I've made a top up but Im still unable to make calls, send text or use data.

Call cut off

Did the same thing to me, used up all my call spend cap and didn’t help one bit, the guy was clueless on the phone and I now have no way of contacting them to sort my original issue out along with this additional issue of bad customer service.

Data activate

Hello. I paid pack£15 this morning. But my data didn’t activate. I sent msg and called 150 but it didn’t solve my problem. What should i do?
