Hi. I want to cancel EE contract. I moved to SKY. 3 days ago and it’s amazing … I can actually hear people on the phone! 
please can I cancel my DIRECT DEBIT from now

@83738Ellie    Contract for what ?  If it’s a contract and you were still within the contract term you’ll be liable to pay off that remaining term.   Assuming this is for a mobile phone you’ll have to call customer support to give 30 days notice of termination.

@83738Ellie : PAYG isn't a contract. Did you port your no. to Sky using a PAC or just get a new no. with them? 

If you ported your no. your EE SIM will be auto deactivated. Otherwise you can text STOP PACK to 150 from it to stop your Direct Card Payment. In either case you can then destroy & bin your EE SIM.
