Likewise problem. I am visiting UK. 2 weeks ago, I bought a pack of 8GB + 500 minutes and unlimited texts. I can't find the balance for data and minutes ANYWHERE in my ee account, on the Web or in the app. I need to know how much service I have left. Seems to me that this information should be shown somewhere in my account.

If your SIM is inserted in a phone, text BALANCE or AL to 150.

- Terrible customer service, criminal service! in Contracts & Billing
