Likewise problem. I am visiting UK. 2 weeks ago, I bought a pack of 8GB + 500 minutes and unlimited texts. I can't find the balance for data and minutes ANYWHERE in my ee account, on the Web or in the app. I need to know how much service I have left. Seems to me that this information should be shown somewhere in my account.

What details are you able to see when logging in to your account, and what kind of device are you using your SIM in?
