Upfront cost

Am trying to upgrade phone and it’s says “£0 upfront was £50” but when I go and add to basket and go through the process it wants to charge the £50 and asks for payment details any ideas please?

Is it possible to amend an order?

Just a quick question.I upgraded 2 out of 4 lines last week and took a new line out. The advisor in store unfortunately wasn't up front let's say, however EE have been absolutely brilliant about dealing with the aftermath and my main gripe is sorted....

14 pro max order

Every time I put in the order number for tracking to have an idea when my phone (contract) is likely to arrive .. it tells me nothing as I can only track contract mobile phone orders?! I keep getting texts to say it’s on track but doesn’t tell me any...
