Ordered a new phone on Friday as a second device on my account.

Got an email confirmation but it said said I need to call to confirm some details.

tried calling multiple times, any idea what the problem is?!

It sounds like there could be a problem with the order. It could be something easy to fix, but I'd recommend getting in touch again as soon as possible.
