Friends and family discount with flex pay

Hi. I am an EE employee and I have gave 30% f&f discount to a friend. They have ordered a iPhone15 pro they have received a email confirming the order but it says that there is an issue and need to phone. Why would this be?

@Bones1981  they need to call customer services as they want to confirm a few things.  Until they call the order will not proceed. 

@Bones1981 - has your friend managed to get 30% off the phone and airtime as 1, or just the airtime? I am ready to use my code but the new flex pay means my discount isn’t that great
