Returns pack problem

I’ve received three returns packs since ordering my iPhone 15 pro max. Now I’m getting reminders to send my old phone back. But I haven’t received the new phone yet. Am worried a charge will be put on my account for an unreturned phone.

EE have clarified the emails are automated and we don’t return phones until the new one arrives
