On September 20, I extended the contract and bought a Samsung23 Ultra phone and a watch that was on offer online, I did not receive the shipment, what should I do?

EE will send you email with tracking number find out if been delivered to another house by mistake or been delayed then contact EE saying they lost my parcal and see if they can help you!
