Cant track my order

i ordered a new phone on a contract 7 days ago and haven’t even had a message to say it’s dispatched, when i try to track my order it just says order tracking unavailable. I’ve now had to buy top up data on my current phone due to this taking so long, when will my phone arrive

EE use DPD so download their app. 

If order tracking is not working then you will need to speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
