I placed an order through my bt account but didn’t realise I had no money on my bank card and I have no credit to ring them. Is this more of a rejection? I don’t want to mess up my credit file

Resolved! DPD

Hi i recently ordered the wrong Iphone model; and I rejected my delivery with DPD when it was attempted ; Will EE then restore me to my original plan and cancel the contract so I can then upgrade to the correct device?

EE customer service advisors need to taken to watchdog. They are all clueless and some are full of s. One clown of a manager didn’t even have the decency to chase up my query! Let alone customer relations who haven’t even bothered to investigate.
