Delayed delivery

I placed my order,for an iphone pro max exactly 1 week ago and was told i just need a 3-day wait. Until today i havent heard from EE on when the delivery will be. And there is nothing on the tracking website that says when I can get it.

We are just customers and we don't know who you are.  As we have no access to customer accounts. 

You will need to call EE On 150 or 0800 956 6000 from another phone and ask them what's happened with your order.
