Delivery delay

My order was due to be delivered with DPD but we missed the delivery. This was almost a week ago. EE tracking is just saying my order has been despatched, DPD tracking is just saying it's on its way back to EE. Any ideas what is going to happen next?...

I didnt received my order

Awaiting new sim

Wonder if anyone can help..I ordered a new sim nearly 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Any number I find to speak to someone doesn’t lead me to the right place. Should  it have arrived by now??Thanks in advance!
