Hello,
I placed an order for a PaysGo SIM card (Order number: xko*********, Order date: 20 Oct 2025) but I haven’t received it yet. I’m worried because the SIM card hasn’t arrived, and I need it soon.
Could you please confirm if my SIM has been shipped, and provide a tracking number or estimated delivery date?

@Decokenzo : SIMs are sent by 2nd-Class Royal Mail.

I recently joined EE and placed an order for an Unlimited SIM plan. My order details are:
I haven’t received my SIM card yet, and I’m worried because I need it to activate my plan. Could you please check the status of my order and confirm if the SIM has been dispatched?

You can Track your Order here using your xko reference number.
Sims are delivered via royal mail and can take 2-5 working days.
