Hello I ordered a upgrade but u can't see any update ? Can you help me as I've paid £84

@Denise19611 , the amount will be pending on your bank account, as it is a preauthorization, and if for any reason it gets cancelled, it will be released to your account within 7-10 days. It will only be taken once your order has been dispatched.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

In addition to that, did you receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

What mode of phone, including colour and storage size did you order and what date was the order placed?

I can have a look at the stock in case there is a delay in dispatching the order.
