Just placed an order and paid 30£ upfront however no confirmation details or email and also no order number this looks like a scam ...This is ridiculous I can't track progress .... But yet you have my money  Really need some help

Resolved! Christmas Day order

Order cancelled and money taken

Ordered a phone last night on the EE website and I went through all the right procedures. Paid my £30 upfront, but I received a text awhile ago saying my order was cancelled. I still haven't been refunded. No mail. Just a text.
