Ordered device

I’ve ordered a new device to my nearest EE store. How long will they hold my device as I work away Monday to Friday.

Our stores will hold your parcel for a limited period, usually around 7 days but can be a little longer.  

For peace of mind you can get in touch with the branch holding your device to let them know when you're looking to collect it.
