EE Lied to me and not doing anything about it

Hi everyone, I am new to EE and just switched from another provider and I really need help with what’s going on as I am suffering every night to sleep due to this now and don’t eat at all.

 

so I switched to ee about 6 7 weeks ago by placing an order for the iPhone 17 pro max, I then waited about a month to get it as demand was high at the time, fair enough. Once receiving the order I have lost my phone on the bus as I was heading out to go to the gym and I generally met the driver before catching the bus so I though I’d do the switch at home, anyway the phone got lost and EE was amazing and gave ordered me an replacement which was very nice polite and was such an easy process I couldn’t thank them enough. “AS I Thought”

 

so the day comes of getting my replacement and I call up to ask where is my order for them to say it will come on Friday as previous guy from the insurance team didn’t placed the order correctly, “hmm okay” I said, so he said it will have to be next day now which would be 3rd of October. 

I rang again now on Friday and said where is my order for them to say there’s a problem with my order and now has to be delivered on Monday, he said I just came of the phone with other callers and having to say to them also that it can’t be re delivered as they ah s to track that one and send me out that one but will have to be Monday6th of October and it was a “system glitch”!!!!!! I then stressed saying I have been getting bad luck getting this iPhone 17 pro max I need it today as I’m working in London over the weekend “Saturday and Sunday” so I won’t be here and I’m in a process of switching so I need a phone.”we can’t do anything put it’s been passed on so a case handler who will make sure it will come Monday” I then said okay and called up couple house later asking if it can’t come atleast on Saturday so I can take time of work and just get it as I’m in the processing of giving my 16 pro max back due to a switch, they then again said no and that it’s impossible to get it on Saturday 4th of October!!!!!

I then went to sleep and left early in the morning to go to work and to return on Monday 6th of October to get my order!!! IT GETS ALOT WORSE !!!!!

 

Returning from work to home on 6th of October at 8:00 I rang EE at 8:05 and asked if my order was coming today, the lady then said it was to be rescheduled for Tuesday due an error, and that they have sent my pin to my Ee number to will have to be rescheduled, I angrily put the phone down as I just finished my night shift and went to sleep

 

waking up later that day on Monday 6th of October I have rang EE again and asked to speak to a manager, I went through to a manger and she said “order is showing delivered” on the Saturdays that they said  it was “impossible” coming (4th of October” 

 

DURING THE NEXT HALF AN HOUR OF THE CALL I WAS CRYING AND GOING THROUGH SERIOUS PANIC ATTACKS 

 

In the next half hour I was explaining how the situation went with Ee saying they can’t it to Monday and I already been burnt out of calling etc

 

THE LADY ON THE PHONE NOW SENDS ME AN EMAIL SHOWING THE LEGS OF A 100kg WOMEN WHO TOOK MY PARCEL

 

i have explained it wasn’t me and said before to them my mum wasn’t even home at the time, I live with my mother who isn’t well and she promised to me no order was here, it’s funny as dpd drivers have been recently leaving my neighbours parcels outside the house and later it being stolen.

 

moving on at the end of the call the lady said to me she would be making a complaint and getting a manger call back 

 

I waited over a week after that and called everyday for them to say “ we will escalate this to manager” 

 

manager calls me back about a week later after saying the phone call should be next day, the manager said to me that basically a investigation team took my case and are looking into this, the insurance team has bailed out on me and closed the claim, I am now having to pay bare in mind I have to now pay £120 for replacement I haven’t got, and over £90 a month for the next 36 months and I don’t even have the phone in my hand and not even the sim I’m paying so much for.

 

got an email saying it’s with the independent Complaint Handlers and looking to resolve this by 27th of November

I AM NOW SUFFERING SERIOUS MENTAL STESS AND SIFFER FROM MONOR PANIC ATTACKS, I GET ANGRY ALOT AND DONT EAT AND LOOK ILL, I FEEL LIKE EE JUST RUINED MY LIFE AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO GUYS I HAVE MISSED ALLOT OF EXACT INFORTMATION ON WHAT HAPPENED BUT I JUST WANT MY PHONE AS IM 23 AND IN A RISK OF PAYING £120 and £90 a month for the next 36 months For something I don’t have 

 

I have missed a lot of more lies EE have been telling me to and by the way I been told to contact dpd and I been turned away so I really hope someone looks at this and advice me how to solve this as I ain’t looking for a £10000 compensation I just want what’s right  and by the day imagaine all the 100 plus hours I wasted on the phone
