On one of my phone bill I’ve got over £200 of extra charges I have no idea what there are? Haven’t signed up to anything. Would like to know how to remove them to stop them for happening? Or removed

Hi @Caitlin2305.
Welcome to the community.
I know it’s worrying when a bill is higher than you expected.
You can view the itemisation of your bill by logging in to your EE account online or through the app, going to Bills, and selecting the month you’d like to view.
If you’re unsure what the charges are for or would like to discuss your bill, please get in touch with our customer support team. They’ll be able to check this for you.

You and I both , but I've just read go to billing and in there you can see every penny of it and what its taken out for. I've had same issue for over 2 months. They put the add ons without asking you to get as much money from you. And its like. £5 for this. £2 for this. And so. They also scammed me out of the chromebook too. Although I have a new macbook. Isn't the point. Its bad business on there part and im not letting them get away with it. Im not the only 1 too. Seen many other people say the same think too.

Thanks for coming to the community.
Which add-ons have you been charged for on your bill?
Have you been in touch with our billing guides to get the extra charges looked into?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.
