Hi,
The PDP guy said I needed a pin to receive my phone. However I didn't get any text or emails. Where can I find this pin? As he tried to send it twice but I still don't know what to give them when they come back tomorrow. I have the email confirming my purchase. Jus tso annoying I can't get the phone I already paid for because of this

When you place an order with us, normally you'll be asked to provide a contact number for any updates from DPD. This is what they'll use when sending you out a delivery PIN.
Was this order an upgrade to an existing number with us, or for a brand new account?

Hi Peter, it was an upgrade. I got the emails regarding PDP expected delivery and tracking but didn't get any messages or emails about a pin

We don't have account access through this forum to check at my end, but my best recommendation would be to get in touch with our customer care team.
They can check all your order details so we can be sure of the contact number linked with this.
