Hello, I'm greeted with this when trying to activate Discovery +. I tried to find the subscription on the app, but it doesn't appear even though it's been ordered (had to phone twice because the first time it didn't go through). Is this a case of being patient or will I need to phone again for a third time?

Is it a mobile account you have this active with, or is it part of a TV / Home Broadband package?

Thanks for confirming this.
It can take up to 24 hours for any changes to take affect.
Are you able to try it again after the 24 hours have passed and let me know how you get on?

It has now been 24 hours and it still isn't working.
