Phone Order

Hi, I've recently ordered a new Pay monthly phone a couple of days ago and haven't received any emails or texts about dispatch/delivery. I have tried tracking the order on the EE website and it says the order has been dispatched, but has been stating this for well over 24 hours now and have not heard anything since.

I'm thinking I could hear something by this evening about a possible delivery day/time but wondered if this is an issue or is normal?

Hello @shayduke ,

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification from DPD the day before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

You could receive one by this evening if DPD have received your order and EE have dispatched it.

I have now received a text message from DPD confirming that my order should be with me tomorrow.
