New customer I am not receiving an update about my order.

I've ordered a Samsung Z fold 7 about 5 days ago and I've not got an update about the phone. I check my spam box in my email multiple times. Last email I got was the confirmation email and the order number, but when I put the order number on "track my order" and it keeps popping up with "Your tracking timed out."

I know you'll be eager to get your new phone! 

Looking online at the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, I can see that a few of the models have an assigned wait time of around 7 days. Have you double checked the expected wait time on the model you've ordered?

If the phone should have arrived with you by now and you have no further updates through the DPD app about delivery, I would suggest giving our team a quick call, and they'll be able to review what stage your order is at.

Oh, I didn't know there was a 7 day wait time. I looked up and it said it usually takes 3 business days to get a phone from EE.

We'll always aim to deliver new phones as quickly as possible. However, some phones may take a little longer depending on available stock @JustAK 

When stock is allocated to your order, further updates will follow. DPD will also assign a delivery date and timeslot so you know exactly when this will be with you.
