Waiting for phone delivery

I ordered an Iphone 15 in Green on Saturday, and have received a confirmation email but have heard nothing since, on delivery. I received a text saying I could access a new document relating to the order (assuming it's the plan) online but I am unable to access this - can't see where it is / would be on the EE website. I have the order number but not the tracking number. Can anyone help please? Need the phone urgently for work.

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification the day before delivery from DPD and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

You could always ring customer service to find out when it will be delivered, as we have no idea here.

May I ask what storage size did you order?

256GB - unsure if stock levels are preventing the delivery (as it was estimated to be 1 day)

@lobrien , if stock levels are low, then that could be why, but if you were given an estimated delivery to be one day, then you should hear from DPD sometime today with any luck, but as I wrote, we have no account access, so you would need to check with customer service. DPD can send text out anytime, so could be this evening.
