Ee sold me xbox with free game and video pass for 24 months.....I do have a xbox but don't have a game pass...basically that mean I won't pay 31 a month because I need to by separately game pass what cost 14 a month....I call to EE 4 times today...they (on 150)said they can help with broadband or phone but can't help about that ...need to call them....I do called and turns out I'm back to 150 number and again nobody can't help me ....thats nasty....

I know how eager you'll be to get this in place and start using your Game Pass!
You should receive a text from us within 14 days to activate the service. When did you receive your Xbox?
If the 14 days have now passed, our team can definitely help get this in place so please don't worry.
Please try giving us another call on 150 from your EE mobile.

message saying I can login to my account and get that code....but there is
nothing.....and caling to 150 no point...did yesterday 4 or 5 times (last
time somebody put me on hold and after couple minutes disconnected me)

Once you are logged into your EE online account, can you see the Game Pass active in your add-ons?
If the Game Pass is active, please try to set this up using mobile data only, and disconnect from any WiFi connection.
