Ee sold me xbox with free game and video pass for 24 months.....I do have a xbox but don't have a game pass...basically that mean I won't pay 31 a month because I need to by separately game pass what cost 14 a month....I call to EE 4 times today...they (on 150)said they can help with broadband or phone but can't help about that ...need to call them....I do called and turns out I'm back to 150 number and again nobody can't help me ....thats nasty....

If you call 150 and select option 1 we can arrange a call back for you.
We will send a text with a link, from there select mobile phone> customer care> account> for anything else speak to a guide. We then aim to call within 15 minutes.
