Resolved! Upfront refund

Hi I tried to buy a monthly plan for an iPhone 13 with a large upfront payment but EE has declined my credit check. I have received no information on when my money will be refunded, the money has left my account. I am stressed please help

No confirmation email

I just signed up for the 15 pro monthly  contract, I paid the upfront 30pounds but got no confirmation email. The money has been taken out of my account, I am a little worried.

Hi, If i’ve broken the seal of the box but not set up the phone am i still allowed to return it during the 14 day period??
