I ordered a new sim and Samsung Galaxy S24+ on Friday 18th October, had the confirmation email and XKO order reference number. Delivery was meant to be today and I haven't heard anything since Friday night.
The order reference number comes up saying "tracking order timed out" when trying to track through the EE App.
Please help.

I suggest you speak to EE CS on 150 if the tracker is not working.
You should also download the DPD app.

I'm still with my old service provider until the new sim arrives with the new phone - which I haven't heard anything about since I ordered the phone.
There's also no point in me downloading the DPD app, because I don't have a delivery number to track - because I haven't heard anything since I ordered the phone.
