I ordered an iPhone 16 like new on Friday 1st August. I had an email with a tracking number on it which I tried to track the parcel but it said that I was timed out with tracking. It’s been 4 days and I haven’t received the phone nor any other emails to say it’s out for delivery. I’ve tried everyday to track the parcel but it keeps saying the same thing. What do I do? My sim is messed up on the phone I’m using now so I can’t receive any SMS only emails.

@librose_04 Sounds like your trying to track with an order number not a tracking number which you receive usually by text. Even DPD with text you when it’s out for delivery with an estimated time slot. You best option is to call EE customer support about this. You can’t even use the DPD app as you receive a text to confirm the account upon setup.
