Unable to receive call for confirmation of order

Hi, I’ve placed an order for a SIM-only contract and it says EE will call to confirm in 48 hours. However, I don’t have signal at my house, hence why I am switching from o2 to EE, so I won’t receive the call. Can we confirm the order via email or chat instead?

Welcome to the community,

Did you get a PAC code from 02? You can then transfer your number over to EE. Not sure why they are saying they will confirm within 24 hours by phone, that is not normal, if you have ordered placed an order with EE, they usually send confirmation via email.

Have you checked your junk/spam folder to see if there is anything there?

Was it just for a sim contract or pay as you go?

The chat is only for contract customers and found via the EE App, which you can download via the App Store, but once you have registered and got an account with EE. Sorry no email contact, unless they ask you to reply that way.
