Waiting for a tracking email

Hi I ordered an iPhone 16 in pink on Friday I’ve had my confirmation email but I still haven’t had a tracking email or any contact from ee to say whether I got the contract or not or anything like that in a new customer I’ve phoned a lot over the past few days and everytime it says all the line are busy I even spent 30 minutes on the phone and still no answer can any employee check my order to see if it’s gone through or can someone give me so advice or help I’ve really been left in the dark

Which storage version of the iPhone 16 did you go for here, and is this a brand new contract or an upgrade to an existing number with us?

It was a new contract and 128gb I’m pretty sure
