I ordered my new iPhone 16 plus over the phone on the 22nd July and there is no update, it’s also down as on back order but is available to get on the website? Can someone help me out I cannot be without a phone.

Yes I have checked tracking but as I stated there’s no update.

Do dpd only send text messages because I currently don’t have a phone so unsure when it will arrive at the store

You can use the DPD app for tracking and any codes you may need for delivery.
If you call Customer Service, A guide will be able to help you with the tracking number so you can check delivery on the DPD website.
Alternatively, you can contact the store directly to ask if the device has arrived and when it will be ready for collection.
