Orded new Phone and SIM, not heard nothing

Ordered Nothing Phone 3 on 24/07/2025, says dispatched but not had email etc.

Overall feeling of lack of updates during the ordering process.

Wondering why its taking so long.

I'm sorry to hear you've not received any updates on your order, I know you'll be keen to find out what's happening.

Have you been able to check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails from EE?
