Hye ! I ordered online iphone 15 128gb with ee SIM 12 Month contract , i ordered on wednesday 23 july and i received a text msg to join a screen with one of your worker and i was on a chat with him , my order was confirmed i got a email about it . He told me we will deliver it tomorrow but I pesonally requsted to him i will collect my order on sunday from EE Store which near to where i'm living which is located in Ealing broadway shopping centre and I confirm him , but yesterday on sunday when i go there they told me we don't recieve your order yet and i also don't recieve any other information about my order , when i go to track my order they just saying your order will dispatch in 24 hours but still not any other update .

Provided that was definitely confirmed, then it should absolutely be on its way to this branch. 

The delay does seem odd though, as from what I can see here we have plenty of availability for this model at the moment. 

To get a further update on this and so we can check the order directly, I would recommend giving our team a call 😊

Welcome to the EE Community!

Whilst it is possible to select the option for delivery to a store, this is usually something you would request initially when completing the sale.

Did you get back in touch after getting the confirmation email and change this formally?

No , I just go to the store they said your order is not delivered yet ! And I called to EE , they said we will update you but still did'nt .

Which colour did you select for the iPhone 15?

Also when you called did they confirm the store was definitely where this was being delivered?

Normally if you had previously selected a home address, we would need to raise it as a formal address change, which is then updated by our offline supply chain team.

I selected iphone 15 in black , the address was confirmed , i selected W5 5JY Ealing broadway EE Store and it was confirmed by one of your colleague who offered me this deal of EE .
