So I’ve just received a message from DPD with a pin but my EE account order info hasn’t changed. I’ve seen some people saying they’ve received complimentary phone cases - did you receive a pin from DPD for this or dare I get my hopes up that it might be my new phone?

@TLJ03  If DPD have texted you they have your item.    Just because your account info hasn’t updated yet it doesn’t mean it’s not going to.   Not seen anyone yet say they got a case with a iPhone order.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’ve seen a few on here, hence me asking!

Thanks for coming to our community. 

Has your new plan started showing yet on your online account? There's no way to check exactly what is coming on your order without account access, but usually your new plan would start when the phone is dispatched, so may give some indication to what's coming.
