I am confuse as i ordered an iphone 16 pro yesterday around lunchtime and it has said 1-3 day delivery and i only have had an email with my order number and i cant use that to track my order and i need this phone for work

HI @millielloyd 

As your application has not been successful we will not take the payment, so your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days. 

Our care team will not be able to ask your bank to release it any quicker than their standard timescales, as this is set by your bank/card issuer only.

Welcome to the community.

I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your new phone, there is nothing to worry about just yet, especially if the order was only placed yesterday. 

The order will be processed by our digital sales team and when it has and it is dispatched to DPD, you'll get a text or email, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, with the tracking details.

Which colour and storage size of the iPhone 16 Pro did you go for?

i order it in black and 128g 

but i was concerned that i didn’t receive a tracking number yet as i only have an xko number

Thanks for coming back to us so quickly, I have taken a look and the iPhone 16 Pro 128gb in Black is showing in stock and dispatched within 1 day. 

Did you check your spam/junk mail to see if your confirmation email was sent there. Once you have your tracking number you can Track My Order

morning, and yes i have checked my spam folder nothings there i only have my thanks for your order email which has an xko number but it will not allow me to use it to track my phone and i have paid a lot of money for this phone so if it doesn’t turn up i may have to sue someone as i haven’t had a text or email from ee or dpd

I completely understand how frustrating this must be @millielloyd 

I know you will be eager to get your new phone too. 

The email you have mentioned with the XKO number in is confirmation you placed the order. 

As the track my phone link I sent earlier is not working, I would suggest you Contact Us. You will be able to speak with our digital sales team to check the status of your order and expected delivery date.

i have contacted you via over the phone and i will not be a customer anymore you take my money and then tell me my credit score is to low after i passed the credit check i do not understand why you can do that to people it’s absolutely disgusting i will never be coming back to ee as i passed the credit check and you say you can’t have that phone but you can have a 13 who wants a 13 nowadays that’s the phone i have i am deeply upset. 

and i will want my upfront money back

Is the payment showing as pending with your bank? 
When a order is placed online a payment request is sent to your bank, but the payment wont be taken until the order is processed. Your bank will set the payment aside "Pending" until we take it. 
If for any reason the order does not get processed the bank will release the "pending" payment back into your account. As your order has not been accepted your money should be released back into your account soon.

my order has been cancelled and i have not received my upfront payment back it was fully taken from my account i need that back.
