New Contract

Good Evening,

I have recently got a new contract (IPHONE 14 PRO MAX) I was told that I could trade in my old phone which I will be sending off on Wednesday 16th July. My bill does not show the cost I agreed with trading the old phone in. Does this get applied when the phone been received? 
Can you please urgently let me know

Trade-in credits are only applied when the device has been returned back, yes.
