Hello everyone,
I have purchased Prepaid SIM card with 30GB and unlimited minutes and texts for 25£ at the Heathrow airport vending machine
I have inserted it on my iPhone to make a UK call or send message in order to make it activated, however, could not make one as the automatic voice message replies as "You don't have enough credit to make a call”
I have tried to call 150 several times to get help and they says call me back once I give them the details of the problem by text, however, they reply “Sorry, something went wrong, we were unable to book a call back for you. Call us on 150 if you still need to speak to someone.” everytime.
Also EE store staffs are not helping me.
I would simply like to have refund for this unavailable SIM card, who should I talk to? As the EE store looks like they are not able to help me.
Thank you

Hi @Yuta0120
Welcome to the community.
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your new EE pay as you go sim card.
I would love to try and get this resolved for you.
Could I just check, does the phone show any signal when the Sim card is inserted?
Would you be able to text 'NOW' to 150 please and then try making a call or sending a text.
Please let me know how you get on.
Thanks
Ritu

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
