I placed an order for a £10 pay-as-you-go plan online on October 4th and paid £10, but on October 5th, I received a text message saying the order was canceled. I still haven't received a refund to this day. Why is that? What should I do?

If the order was cancelled, we normally wouldn't take the money.
If you look at your bank balance it is showing that the payment has cleared or is it showing as a pending payment?
