So last month I attempted to start a contract and cancelled and returned within 14 days because your service has been beyond appalling throughout this entire experience between operators giving me constant misinformation or at worst withholding information that's specifically necessary to continue. I've finally received the 2 checks in the mail for my refund and despite paying a 100 holding fee they've decided to only pay 52. Essentially you've charged me out of my own refund for a phone I already cancelled and sent back (which had been unopened) and when trying to contest this with the number on the letter it does not give me options for my query. At this point I'm beyond livid.

@Krom- ,this is not customer service, we have no account access and do not know who you are, but have you checked your bank account to see if there is a refund there, that is the pending amount has been cancelled?
