Hello, I have a problem with a cancelled online order.

I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max online last Saturday and paid £30 upfront. The order was cancelled, but the £30 was taken from my bank account. I haven’t received the refund yet. Can you please check the status of my refund?

Hi, I have the same issue. I placed an order last Saturday for an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and the £30 was taken from my bank account, but the order was cancelled. I haven’t received the refund yet. Can you help me, please?

@Red52 , have you checked that the money is pending? The refund will happen within 3-5 working days. We have not account access here nor do we know who you are this is  public forum
