My sim has not been delivered

I have moved over from Plusnet to EE and I have been waiting 2 weeks for my sim to be delivered.They said it would take 2 - 3 days, who do I contact and how?I tried on Facebook messenger but I've heard nothing.Thx

Placed a order yesterday for Saturday delivery had to pay for Saturday delivery been at home no delivery has arrived called dpd was told in the morning parcel is at the depo just waiting for driver to scan will be out for delivery today 12pm checked ...
